CONSULTING SERVICES
Providing Business Consulting for Small Allied Health Practioners & Practices
Michael is a passionate educator and trainer. Being a veteran in medical and health industry, his advice and consulting services on business management and how to better run a practice are highly sought after.
One-on-one Consulting
Michael provides face to face consulting services. Such services can be either by a two hour one off consult for $500 or via quarterly sessions at this price or if subscribed to annually four sessions at a cost of $1,600.
At these sessions Michael will answer queries or questions you may have about your business of direct attention to specific problems you may be having. Follow up after the session by email or phone is available at no extra price for the following month.
Online Training
Online learning modules have been created to assist you in addressing more strategic issues at your business. e.g human resources issues such as motivation and growth, practice set up and structure etc.
The modules have learning outcomes via regular questions that will assist you to have a greater understanding of the material presented.
Free Advice & Resouces
Michael has developed a number of free resources, such as the 25 questions health check, KPI and performance review tools that can enable you to better measure practice and practitioner performance.
Other resources are short vlogs that deal with specific concepts and ideas, like time management, measurement etc.
You can also access the “ask a question” section of the web site that allows you to ask Michael about a problem you may have in your practice.
